Michael Merideth received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University graduating with honors and the highest GPA in his class. In 2010, along with Andre Lewis, Michael co-founded the real estate development company Verius Property Group based out of New Orleans, LA where his primary role has been strategic planning, asset management, and investor relations. Since the company’s inception, Michael has help expand the company to over $35,000,000 in current assets, secured $9,000,000 in private capital, and propelled the company to the 8th fastest growing real estate company in America.

Andre Lewis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University in 2008. In 2010, Andre co-founded the real estate development company Verius Property Group where his primary role has been acquisitions, project management, and financial planning. During his tenure as COO, Andre played an integral part in the expansion of the company into VPG Enterprise offering real estate development and now construction/property management services. Andre is currently the lead on over $8,000,000 in purchase/rehab projects currently underway for VPG Enterprise and will oversee operations for the $20,000,000 in projects in the cue for the company in 2021. He is currently head of a strategic plan to expand the real estate portfolio to 1000 housing units.

Josh D’Arcangelo received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Louisiana State University in 2015, and his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Tulane University in 2021. Josh joined the VPG team in 2021 as a Project Manager handling the duties of underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management.
